We make all our kitchens from scratch. To start with we meet in your home where we discuss what it is you want from your kitchen - the style, function, materials and any ideas or magazine cuttings you may have collected. We take measurements and notes about the existing architectural details. After returning to the workshop and mulling over the nature of the project I make scaled drawings. These along with a preliminary costing are then sent back to you for your consideration. If you wish to proceed a further meeting is arranged during which final details and costing are agreed. Then it is to work back at the workshop. Depending on the scale of the job, four to six weeks later we return to install your beautiful and unique kitchen. Allow up to a week before everything is fully functional.
We can make wardrobes in a variety of materials to suit any situation and requirement. Typically the interiors are made from clear lacquered, veneered Oak board. The doors are panelled to fit in with the proportions of the surroundings and the wardrobe is divided up between hanging , shelving and drawer space according to customer preferences. Spaces such as lofts, where sloping ceilings and converging walls might pose a problem, can be fitted out to maximise the available storage space.
The alcoves created by the chimney breast in many lounge rooms, provide the ideal space for creative storage furniture. These can be made in any species of timber or in a painted finish. We can also make fire surrounds and mantle pieces to match. We specialise in making libraries, bookcases and audio/visual storage furniture.
